Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the KREWZAA platform. They outline your rights, responsibilities, and acceptable use of our website and mobile application.
1. About KREWZAA
KREWZAA is a platform designed to help job seekers discover temporary work opportunities and help job providers publish opportunities and connect with potential workers.
The platform aims to make work discovery and job-related communication more organised. Unless explicitly stated for a particular service, KREWZAA does not itself employ the workers listed on the platform.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KREWZAA, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Additional terms may apply to specific features, including payments, subscriptions, promotions, or other services introduced in the future.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must meet the applicable legal age and eligibility requirements to use the relevant services.
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Use only accounts you are authorised to access.
- Update inaccurate or outdated information.
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorised account access.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, subject to applicable law.
4. Job Seekers
- Review job details carefully before applying.
- Provide truthful profile and application information.
- Communicate respectfully with job providers.
- Confirm work arrangements, timings, location, duties, and compensation before accepting a job.
- Follow applicable laws and workplace requirements.
5. Job Providers
- Publish genuine and lawful job opportunities.
- Provide accurate descriptions, duties, location, timings, and compensation terms.
- Clearly disclose relevant conditions before confirming work.
- Treat applicants fairly and respectfully.
- Honour agreed work and payment terms.
- Avoid misleading listings, discrimination prohibited by law, harassment, fraud, and requests for unlawful activity.
- Update or remove filled, cancelled, or outdated listings.
You are responsible for ensuring that your job listings and work arrangements comply with applicable employment, wage, safety, and other legal requirements.
6. KREWZAA's Role
KREWZAA provides digital tools for discovering opportunities and connecting users. Unless a specific service expressly states otherwise:
We may review, restrict, remove, or suspend listings and accounts when necessary to enforce these Terms, address reports, or comply with law.
7. Payment and the Payment Confirmed Badge
Users must clearly agree on compensation, payment method, and payment timing before work begins.
Where payment is arranged directly between a worker and a job provider, the parties are responsible for completing that payment according to their agreement and applicable law.
KREWZAA's Payment Confirmed badge may be awarded when a worker confirms that payment was received for a completed job, subject to the platform's eligibility rules.
- Reflects a worker's confirmation relating to a particular completed job or the provider's eligible record, as defined by the platform.
- Is not a guarantee of future payment.
- Is not an independent audit, identity verification, background check, or safety certification.
- Does not eliminate the possibility of disputes or inaccurate reports.
If KREWZAA introduces platform-managed payments, separate payment terms will apply.

9. Reports, Reviews, and Disputes
You may report suspicious listings, abusive conduct, non-payment concerns, or other violations through our official support at support@krewzaa.in or through the in-app reporting feature.
We may investigate reports, request relevant information, restrict content, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action. We cannot guarantee a particular outcome or resolve every dispute between users.
Users remain responsible for documenting their agreements and communications and pursuing available legal remedies where necessary.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, created a safety risk, engaged in fraud, or breached applicable law.
You may stop using KREWZAA and request account deletion by emailing support@krewzaa.in. Certain records may be retained where required by law or necessary to handle legitimate disputes or security issues.
11. Intellectual Property
The KREWZAA name, logo, design, software, and original platform content are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holders.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected material without permission, except as permitted by law.
Users must have the rights necessary to submit any text, images, or other content they upload. By submitting content, you grant KREWZAA permission to host, display, and process it as necessary to operate the service, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KREWZAA is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the availability of a particular job, successful selection, or payment by another user.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes rights available to users under applicable law.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update features or these Terms as our services develop. We will publish material revisions and update the effective date. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain consent.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable law and the rights of users. Any dispute will be handled by the courts or other forums with appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law.
