Our Commitment to More Organised Work Discovery

KREWZAA is designed to make it easier for job seekers and job providers to find each other, understand opportunities, and keep job-related communication more organised.

We recognise that informal job searches can involve unclear details, missed messages, unreliable promises, and uncertainty about payment. We aim to provide clearer listings and tools that help users make more informed decisions.

Important Principle: KREWZAA does not guarantee jobs, payment, or complete safety. We encourage users to verify details and report suspicious activity.

02

For Job Seekers

Before accepting a job, follow this safety checklist:
Read full details
Read the full job description carefully before expressing interest or committing.
Confirm work logistics
Confirm the work location, shift timings, duties, and expected duration.
Agree on compensation
Agree on the compensation amount, payment method, and exact payment date beforehand.
Ask clarifying questions
Ask questions openly if any required information is missing or unclear.
Never pay upfront fees
Be cautious if someone requests an unexplained upfront fee, OTP, password, or unnecessary financial information.
Protect personal data
Share personal information only when appropriate and relevant to the work.
Share your whereabouts
Tell someone you trust where you are going if you are meeting a new provider or attending an unfamiliar location.
Maintain written records
Keep records of agreed terms and relevant chat communications.
Golden Rule: Never accept unlawful or unsafe work merely because a listing appears on the platform.

03

For Job Providers

To help build trust and hire reliable people:
Publish accurate job descriptions and compensation details.
Be clear about location, timing, duties, and work requirements.
Communicate changes or cancellations promptly.
Honour agreed payment terms promptly after completion of work.
Treat applicants respectfully and professionally.
Do not request unnecessary personal or financial information.
Close or update listings once positions are filled.
Respond honestly to payment-confirmation requests and complaints.

04

Understanding the Payment Confirmed Badge

Payment Confirmed Badge - Earned through real worker confirmation
VERIFIED FEEDBACK SYSTEM

How the Badge Works

KREWZAA may ask a worker whether they received payment after a completed job. When a worker confirms receipt, that feedback is recorded and can contribute toward awarding the Payment Confirmed badge to the job provider under published rules.

1
Job Marked Done
After a job is marked completed, the worker receives a payment-confirmation prompt.
2
Worker Responds
The worker confirms whether payment was received in full as agreed.
3
Record Logged
If confirmed, the platform logs the feedback toward badge eligibility.
4
Silence ≠ Confirmed
If the worker reports non-payment or does not respond, payment is never assumed.
What the badge means

A real worker has confirmed receiving payment for completed work according to the platform's feedback process.

What it does not mean
  • It does not prove every job from the provider will be paid.
  • It does not independently verify the provider's identity.
  • It does not guarantee safe working conditions.
  • It does not guarantee future conduct.

If you believe a badge is inaccurate, report it through our support process.

05

Recognising Suspicious Job Offers

Be cautious of offers that exhibit these red flags:
Promise unusually high earnings without explaining the work.
Demand money to secure a job without a clear, legitimate basis.
Ask for OTPs, passwords, or banking credentials.
Use pressure or threats to make you act immediately.
Provide inconsistent business details or refuse to explain the work.
Change payment terms after the work has been agreed.
Ask you to perform illegal, dangerous, or unrelated tasks.

These warning signs do not automatically prove fraud, but they warrant careful review and caution.

06

Reporting and Support

If you encounter a suspicious job, non-payment, harassment, impersonation, or another concern:

  1. Stop the interaction immediately if you believe you are at risk.
  2. Keep relevant evidence: save job details, screenshots, chat messages, and payment records.
  3. Submit a report through our Report a Problem form or via in-app reporting.
  4. Include specifics: attach the job listing, account details, and a clear description of what happened.
  5. Protect privacy: avoid publishing another user's sensitive personal information publicly.

KREWZAA may review the information, contact relevant users, request supporting details, restrict content, or take appropriate action under its policies.

For Immediate Danger or Emergencies:For immediate danger or suspected criminal activity, contact the appropriate local emergency services or law-enforcement authority immediately (such as dialing 112 in India). Do not wait for a platform response.

07

Our Approach to Trust

We aim to improve trust through clearer job information, organised communication, user reporting, and payment-confirmation feedback.

We will continue improving these processes as the platform develops. We will describe identity checks, background checks, payment protection, or other verification features only when those features are actually implemented.
